Clark is set to represent the U.S. in the FIBA Women’s World Cup, with Indiana head coach Stephanie White serving as one of the assistant coaches. The WNBA’s three-week break gives its teams time to relax and unwind before ending the regular season and ahead of the playoffs,
Clark and Co. are currently fourth in the standing with a 26-14 record with four games remaining on their schedule. They are one game behind of the Las Vegas Aces for third place, and two of their four matchups left will be played at home. The Fever will return to action on Sept. 18 when they visit the Toronto Tempo at Coca-Cola Coliseum. A two-game homestand follows versus the Washington Mystics and Minnesota Lynx. Indiana will wrap up its regular season on Sept. 24 against the Lynx at Target Center.
