Bears WR Jahdae Walker turns heads at Texas A&M game

Jahdae Walker entered the NFL last year and joined the Chicago Bears despite going undrafted. The former Texas A&M star proved that he belongs in the league by recording six receptions for 87 yards and two touchdowns. He has earned his spot in the team’s wide receiver rotation and will likely receive more opportunities to shine in the upcoming season.

Chicago’s WR corps also includes Rome Odunze and Luther Burden III, who will likely play majority of the snaps. The receivers will play a key role in helping the team surpass last year’s success. The Bears won the NFC North with an 11-6 record and reached the Divisional Round. However, they lost 20-17 in overtime to the Los Angeles Rams.

Texas A&M honors Bears WR Jahdae Walker

Walker turned heads and received a warm reception from fans at Kyle Field. The Aggies honored Walker, who showed off his Jubi slide in front of the jam-packed venue. The team responded with a 50-0 win over the Missouri State Bears.

Walker and the Bears are a week away from opening their 2026 regular season. They will visit the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium on Sept. 13. A three-game homestand follows against the Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles and New York Jets. The team’s schedule includes seven primetime games.
