After a tough 9-3 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, the Chicago Bears were left with some questions.
The pressing matter is the health of Caleb Williams. He was carted off the field after suffering an apparent hamstring injury and looked to be in major distress as he exited.
Luckily, it seems his injury won’t be as bad as some feared. Williams will likely miss multiple weeks, but nothing is certain as of yet. Without him, the Bears will need backup Tyson Bagent to step up and take control of the offense.
The initial thought on Caleb’s injury was a hamstring tear, as the third-year quarterback was screaming in pain following the injury. After such a promising start, one would understand Williams’ reaction to this, especially in the heat of the moment.
One former NFL player disagrees and took to social media to call out Williams following his emotional reaction. Will Compton, who played nine years in the NFL for multiple teams, posted this video on X. He bashed Williams, saying, “This is a man’s game.”
