Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark (22) talks with guard Lexie Hull (10)

Lexie Hull has been a key cog for the Indiana Fever this season. Now in her fifth season in the WNBA, the 26-year-old continues to be a force on both ends of the floor.

Hull has started 16 out of Indiana’s 19 games so far, playing as Caitlin Clark’s backcourt partner. Hull is currently averaging 5.6 points and 3.8 rebounds in 20.2 minutes per contest.

Her contributions, however, go far beyond the box score. Hull remains the Fever’s top defender and her veteran presence is also a major asset, especially alongside Indiana’s younger players.

A testament to her importance to the team is how the Fever signed her to a massive two-year $1.6 million extension during the offseason. Hull entered free agency, but Indiana had no intention of letting her go elsewhere.
