According to OptaSTATS, Crow-Armstrong’s 4-5 performance with one double, two home runs, one walk, and a stolen base is a first. They indicated that no other player in MLB history has reached base time five times, collected four hits in which three of them went for extra bases, stolen a base, and hit a leadoff home run and walk-off home run all in the same game.

Over the last three years, Crow-Armstrong has hit a remarkable 71 home runs. That said, his walk-off blast in the 10th inning against the White Sox was his first career walk-off home run, making it a rather memorable one.

Back then, Vic Powers did so for the Kansas City A’s.

In this contest, Crow-Armstrong once again joined the 30 home run and 30 stolen base club. According to Meghan Montemurro, he is just the third player in MLB history with multiple 30/30 seasons at age 24 or younger and just the second to do it in back-to-back seasons. Bobby Witt Jr last accomplished this in 2023-2024.
