The newly-engaged couple, who police say scaled the Empire State Building last month, made their first court appearance on Monday in New York City and cameras were rolling as the couple appeared to make out as they exited the courthouse.
Netflix stars Ivan Kuznetsov, 32, and Angelina Nikolau, 33, are facing charges of burglary, reckless endangerment, and criminal mischief, among others after authorities say they were seen holding up a sign and wearing masks at the top of NYC’s iconic landmark.

The East Orange, New Jersey couple allegedly used the July 1 stunt to announce their engagement; Kuznetsov proposed to his then-girlfriend, who was seen flaunting her sparkly rock from nearly 1,500 feet in the air overlooking the city.

Two days before Monday’s appearance, in an Instagram post, Nikolau said, “We believe that humanity has always been moved forward by those who refused to accept existing boundaries as final. Those who asked uncomfortable questions, took risks, and kept moving toward the impossible. The world without people like that would be much quieter. But we’re not sure it would be better Whatever happens in court, we will respect the process and accept the consequences of our choices.”

The couple’s attorney declined to comment when reached by Fox News Digital.
