Angel Reese turns heads in first full look in new team uniform

Angel Reese will represent the U.S. in the FIBA World Cup in Berlin, Germany. The tournament will be held from Friday to Sept, 13, and she will have a lot of eyes focused on her. The three-time WNBA All-Star already grabbed a lot of attention for flexing her Team USA uniform.

Reese is set to play alongside some of the league’s biggest stars. Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, Paige Bueckers, Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier are some of the other WNBA standouts part of the team. Reese’s Dream teammate, Rhyne Howard, joins her in the national team.

The LSU product is on a historic campaign. She has already set new marks for most rebounds in a game, as well as the most double-doubles and rebounds in a season. Atlanta is currently tied for fourth in the standings with the Indiana Fever with a 26-14 record with four games left.

Angel Reese shows off Team USA uniform

Reese posted a photo of her in her Team USA uniform on Instagram. She paired it with an all-red colorway of her Reebok AR1s and held a ball in all three snaps.

“AR15. Reporting for duty. Such an honor. @usabasketball,” Reese wrote.

Barbie has officially gone global.

Reese and Team USA are in Group D along with Czechia, Italy and China. The teams will play the group phase games from Friday to Monday, and the quarterfinals begins on Sept. 10.
