Fever star Sophie Cunningham stuns in new swimsuit photo amid WNBA break

Sophie Cunningham is making the most of the WNBA’s FIBA World Cup break. The Indiana Fever star recently enjoyed eating freshly-butchered meat, and turned heads with her swimsuit photo on Instagram.

Cunningham and Indiana are on a two-game winning streak and have won seven of their last nine games. They are currently fifth in the standings, battling the Las Vegas Aces and Atlanta Dream for a top-three seed. The veteran guard is one of the Fever’s key rotation players as she’s been providing the team with solid contributions off the bench.

Indiana has four games left on its schedule and is tied with Atlanta with a 26-14 record. However, the Dream own the tiebreaker, leaving Cunningham and Co. with a path to the No. 3 seed if they finish with one more win than the Dream and Aces.

Cunningham posted a photo with three of her friends on her Instagram story on Monday. She wore a turquoise teal string bikini top with a subtle printed pattern and light straps. The 30-year-old completed her look with an orange cap and a necklace.

A two-game homestand at Gainbridge Fieldhouse follows against the Washington Mystics and Minnesota Lynx. Their last regular-season matchup is with the Lynx on Sept. 24 at Target Center. Winning as many games as possible is crucial as Indiana could finish as high as third or as low as eighth.
