Fever star Sophie Cunningham goes viral with latest TikTok video

Sophie Cunningham has never been shy to express herself on social media. The Indiana Fever star recently posted a TikTok video that has since gone viral.

She is active on her different platforms and has seen her following grow exponentially following the trade that landed her with the team. The Phoenix Mercury moved the veteran guard in January 2025 in a deal that involved the Dallas Wings and Connecticut Sun. Cunningham has been a key part of head coach Stephanie White’s rotation and continues to provide Indiana with strong contributions off the bench.

Cunningham and the Fever are amid the WNBA’s FIBA World Cup break. She is making the most of it with new endeavors and posting regular updates on X, Instagram and TikTok.

Cunningham’s dance video on Saturday has been viewed on 130,000 times. She wore her Fever shirt and shorts while vibing to “Sey Mami” by Cinco Suave inside the locker room.

Cunningham and Indiana are currently fifth in the standings with a 26-14 record. They have the same win-loss slate as the Atlanta Dream but don’t own the tiebreaker. The teams are in a tightly-contested race for the No. 3 seed with the Las Vegas Aces who lead by one game.

The Fever have four games remaining in their regular-season schedule. They will return to action on Friday against the Toronto Tempo at Coca-Cola Coliseum. A two-game homestand follows at Gainbridge Fieldhouse versus the Washington Mystics and Minnesota Lynx. Cunningham and Co.’s last matchup is with the Lynx at Target Center on Sept. 24.

Winning all four games will apply more pressure on Atlanta and Las Vegas to match their record for a top-three seed. Indiana has momentum on its side as it has won its last three games and seven of their last nine.
