New Trailer for Inuk Series ‘North of North’ – Season 2 Set in Ice Cove

“It’s forging yourself into what you want to become.” Netflix debuted the official trailer for Season 2 of the hit comedy series titled North of North, a Canadian sitcom set in the very far North in a small Arctic town about Inuk women. Co-created by Stacey Aglok MacDonald and Alethea Arnaquq-Baril, the show follows a young Inuk woman who wants to build a new future for herself after a spontaneous — and extremely public — exit from her marriage. As winter closes in on the Arctic town of Ice Cove, young Inuk mother Siaja (Anna Lambe) is still making bold decisions and even bolder mistakes in her effort to level up her life. The hardest part? Proving to her tight-knit Arctic community and herself, that she’s ready to take charge. “A fresh start was just the tip of the iceberg.” It was shot on location up in Iqaluit, Nunavut (see Google Maps). Season 2 once again stars Anna Lambe as Siaja, Maika Harper as Neevee, Braeden Clarke as Kuuk, Jay Ryan, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Zorga Qaunaq, Bailey Poching, Nutaaq Simmonds, and Keira Cooper. The first season of the Canadian series North of North debuted in late 2025 last year. This next season is already ready to go and launches on Netflix in November this winter.
