Grumpy Full Trailer for Johnny Depp’s ‘Ebenezer’ Movie from Ti West

“Walk with me into your past…” “I shall not leave this bed!” Paramount Pictures has revealed their second official trailer for the Ebenezer movie, also known as Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol, an extra grumpy dark comedy (+ supernatural horror) update on this classic A Christmas Carol story from Charles Dickens. Ready for release in November this fall playing in theaters everywhere. From horror director Ti West comes Ebenezer – “The name you know, the story you don’t.” Bah! Humbug! A thrilling ghost story set in Dickens’ London, following one man’s supernatural journey to face his past, present & future as he fights for a second chance at redemption. Johnny Depp makes a return starring as Scrooge. The main British ensemble cast also includes Rupert Grint, Andrea Riseborough, Sam Claflin, Daisy Ridley, Arthur Conti, Ellie Bamber, Henry Lloyd-Hughes, Charlie Murphy, along with Tramell Tillman and Ian McKellen as Jacob Marley (of course). This is a much better trailer than the first teaser, actually introducing us to the three ghosts and Ti West’s horror darkness worked into this story. But will it be any good? Still hard to tell. // Continue Reading ›
