Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunningham used her Instagram story to promote Once Upon a Coconut’s newest flavor.
In August, Cunningham made a major career move, signing a multi-platform endorsement and investment agreement with Once Upon a Coconut.
Earlier this week, the 2025 WNBA Commissioner’s Cup champion shared a clip promoting the coconut water company’s newest flavor, Coconut Water + Fruit Punch.
Its ingredients include coconut water, pineapple, apple, orange and strawberry juices. It contains no added sugar, uses 100% juice, is gluten-free, plant-based and packed with electrolytes.
Coconut Water + Fruit Punch will be available in 10.8-ounce cans, both as singles and in 12-packs. This will be the latest addition to its previous flavors of original, chocolate, pineapple, blueberry and watermelon.
Earlier in the partnership, the former Missouri standout, selected in the second round of the 2019 WNBA Draft, identified chocolate and pineapple as her favorite flavors.
Once Upon a Coconut founder and CEO John Chiorando named the 6-foot-1 guard the perfect ambassador for the company because of her toughness, resiliency and authenticity, which resonate with the company.
Cunningham also praised the company’s mission and commitment to serving healthy, great-tasting coconut water, while giving back to the community with 10% of profits going to charitable causes.
This off-court update adds to Cunningham’s expanding portfolio of brand deals, which already includes Adidas, Arby’s, Marriott Bonvoy and European Wax Center.
The 30-year-old crowd favorite is coming off a solid season with the Fever, where she averaged 7.9 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 43 games off the bench.
