Indiana Fever superstar Caitlin Clark debuted her long-awaited signature shoe on Thursday night. After announcing the release date of the Nike “Caitlin Clark 1” for Oct. 1, the two-time WNBA All-Star busted out the pair for the first time in Thursday’s game.

Clark played well in her new shoes, finishing 26 points on 8-of-17 shooting to tie Kelsey Mitchell for game-high honors. The former Iowa Hawkeyes star added two rebounds, seven assists and two three-pointers in 31 minutes of action.

It still wasn’t enough, though. Clark and the Fever fell to an unrelenting Atlanta Dream side, 108-101. Angel Reese led the way for Atlanta, dropping a 21-point, 11-rebound double-double in the road win at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Caitlin Clark turned heads with pregame look

Clark already caught the attention of the fans way before Thursday’s game tipped off. This is after the former Rookie of the Year arrived in the arena with another eye-catching gameday look.

The Fever posted photos of Clark in a white cropped hoodie and matching white wide-leg trousers. The monochromatic fit allowed Clark’s bright blue signature shoes to stand out as she carried the pair with her right hand.

However, that’s not the only thing the fans noticed about the Fever guard.

“Oh my abs,” a comment on Instagram read.

“CC getting those Lexie Hull abs! ❤” another said.

“Shoes, abs, cropped hoodie 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨” a user wrote.

“Tight tummy,” a reaction read.

“ABSSSSS,” said another.

“She must work-out,” declared a fan.

Clark was limited to just 13 games last season due to multiple injuries. She spent a lot of time off the court, which allowed her to spend hours and hours in the gym. All the hard work is clearly paying off, and her toned abs are a testament to this fact.

Clark and the Fever get just one day off before their next game. They will travel to Atlanta to face the Dream in a rematch on Saturday. Tipoff from State Farm Arena is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET.
