Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark is in the midst of another big year. After taking the WNBA by storm as a rookie in 2024, the 6-foot guard’s second season was derailed by injuries. Clark played just 13 games last year before being shut down for the rest of the season.

It has been much different for the 24-year-old in 2026. She is currently dealing with a back injury, forcing her to sit out the last two games. However, the issue is not considered serious, and the former Iowa Hawkeyes star is expected to return for Indiana’s next game.

Clark will look to pick up right where she left off. In 17 games played this season, she is averaging a career-high 21.2 points on 43.0% shooting, 4.0 rebounds, 8.2 assists and 2.6 triples per game.

Her strong play has led to a third consecutive All-Star appearance for the young guard.
