Canada to announce measures to protect workers as trade war with US deepens

As the US escalates its trade war with Canada, Ottawa is preparing to hit back. With new tariffs threatening its car industry, as well as a wave of other products, Canada has announced its finance, labor and industry will be announcing new countermeasures to protect workers whose jobs may be at risk.
