Caitlin Clark marked another career milestone on Thursday. This is after the Indiana Fever guard was named an All-Star for a third consecutive year. It is also the third time in three seasons that Clark was voted as a starter for the highly anticipated exhibition game.
The 24-year-old was among the top 10 vote-getters for this year’s All-Star Game. Fever teammates Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston have joined Clark, marking the first time in franchise history that three Indiana players have been named as starters.
The news was announced by WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert. Fever head coach Stephanie White held up the phone as Engelbert delivered the update to the entire squad.

The cameras caught Clark’s immediate reaction to the WNBA’s announcement. Boston and Mitchell were named first before Engelbert turned her attention to Clark.
The former WNBA Rookie of the Year, who was slouching in her chair as Engelbert spoke through the speakerphone, busted out the hang loose sign as she heard the news. She smiled as teammates Lexie Hull and Monique Billings congratulated her.

“She is either hopped up on meds or she hates it there,” suspected a fan.
“Lol CC really hates the attention,” a supporter wrote.
“my nonchalant goat,” another said.
