Caitlin Clark has displayed her shooting prowess since she entered the WNBA in 2024. The Indiana Fever superstar has electrified crowds with her elite skill set, particularly by knocking down shots from beyond the arc.

However, it hasn’t stopped her from producing historical stat lines.

The 24-year-old has proven that she has unlimited range and can make threes even from the logo. Like NBA superstars Steph Curry and Luka Doncic, defenders can’t relax on Clark as soon as she enters the attack zone. She currently has the longest average three-point shot distance in the WNBA, and further than any NBA player.

“Caitlin Clark now owns the highest career average 3-point distance in basketball at 27.30 feet, ahead of every active NBA player, including Trae Young, Damian Lillard, Stephen Curry, and Luka Doncic,” Essentially Sports wrote.

Clark is amid her best professional season. She is averaging a career-high 21.0 points, along with 3.8 rebounds and 7.9 assists. What’s even more impressive is she’s recording these numbers despite playing a career-low 29.2 minutes per game.

Indiana is likely taking a cautious approach on her back condition as the team wants her as fresh as possible for the playoffs.
