Caleb Williams has an exciting promise for Bears fans

The Chicago Bears are looking to improve on their impressive 2025 NFL season. The nine-time NFL champions fell short of their Super Bowl aspirations last year. They lost to the Los Angeles Rams in the divisional round.

Despite that, they still had their best record since 2018, finishing with 11 wins and six losses. The Bears also won the NFC North title last season, led by their young star Caleb Williams.

The incoming third-year quarterback had an incredible season for Chicago. He set the franchise record for most passing yards in a single season with 3,942 yards. Williams completed 330 passes to go along with his 27 passing touchdowns.

Caleb Williams promises Chicago Bears will be more entertaining in 2026

Fans are excited to see how the Bears will perform this season. Chicago’s offense remains strong, with the 24-year-old quarterback serving as its cornerstone. Williams will also continue to have reliable targets like Luther Burden III.

Most recently, the Madden NFL 27 cover athlete said that the Bears are looking to be more entertaining and consistent.

“It’s gonna be really exciting,” Williams said. “It’s gonna be really fun to watch; It’s going to be more entertaining than last year, hopefully not as much of a heart race.

The Bears had multiple comeback victories last season, led by their star quarterback. For the upcoming season, however, Williams promised that Chicago will be more consistent throughout games.

“It’s going to be a little more entertaining,” he added. “entertaining throughout the whole game and what we’re going to bring to the table as a team.”

Ben Johnson is heading into his second year as head coach. He is looking to get his squad in top shape and help them have an even better season than last year.
